Conversations launch, automatic-only transitions, and plan groundwork

Conversations is live for logging client meetings; pipeline transitions can be marked automatic-only so they fire from events but never show as buttons; stage reminders stop firing for deleted records; and the groundwork for plans and seats lands behind the scenes.

Highlights

  • Conversations. Log client meetings on a company, see them on the timeline, and match ambiguous ones from a review queue. Full note: Conversations: client meetings on the record, matched to the right company.
  • Automatic-only transitions. Mark a pipeline transition "automatic only" and it fires from events and automations but never appears as a button — so "Message Sent" cannot be clicked by hand.
  • Stage reminders are quieter and more accurate: they no longer fire for deleted records, and a batch of records moved together each get their own reminder.

What changed

Pipelines

  • In the workflow builder, a transition has an Automatic only toggle. Flagged transitions are hidden from the Move buttons on records and from the completion-link picker; events and automations still use them. The flag carries over when you publish a new version.
  • The builder keeps your selection across a refresh, so the stage panel stays open after Save.

Reminders

  • Stage reminders (SLA timers) skip records that have been deleted — including an opportunity whose customer was deleted.
  • When several records are moved together, each one's reminder fires (previously only the first did).
