Conversations: client meetings on the record, matched to the right company
Log client meetings — title, time, attendees, summary, action items — from a company page; they appear on the company's Conversations card and Activity timeline, and meetings whose attendees point at several companies wait in a review queue with one-click matching.
Highlights
- Log a client meeting (title, when, how long, who attended, summary, action items) from a company page. It appears on the company's Conversations card and in its Activity timeline as a "Meeting" entry.
- A conversation page shows the summary, attendees, action items and the linked company.
- Review queue. When a meeting's attendees point at more than one company, it waits under Conversations with one-click Match to
choices, plus "Other company…" and "Ignore". - Your team is recognized automatically. Attendees on your company's email domains count as staff; admins can review the inferred domain list.
- Meetings join Notes, Calls, Emails and Texts in the timeline's Meetings filter.
What changed
Conversations
- Log a meeting from any company page; the company is linked automatically.
- Each conversation has its own page with summary, attendees, action items and the linked company; roles with the permission can delete it.
- The review queue lists meetings that could belong to several companies; matching is one click, ignoring is confirmed and not undoable.
- Teammate attendees logged by bare email show their name; where their email is hidden from your role you see a name or "Teammate" rather than a blank.
- Consistent date formats and "Needs review" / "Ignored" badges across the card, list and detail page.
- "Conversation" is a renameable record type (Settings → Record Names).
Timeline
- A Meetings filter sits beside Notes, Calls, Emails and Texts; meeting entries carry an "Open conversation" link.
